Draftcom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS reserves the right to terminate files along with all information stored therein in the event of late or non payment of any or all monies owed within the allotted time frame. NERDS reserves the right to Terminate USER access to his or her information and to dispose all information recorded if a file is used, by the registered party or a party in possession of login details, with the intention to breach any State or Federal law. Draftcom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS reserves the right to contact law enforcing agencies in the event of attempted or actual illegal acquisition of files via breach of any state or federal law. DraftCom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS does not accept responsibility for information obtained or divulged via the disclosure of password or log in details by an existing client to any other party. Such disclosure does not warrant immediate file termination, unless requested by the registered party. 2. Security
NERDS undertakes current, reliable security safeguards in an endeavor to protect all clientele’s confidential information. ALL files are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 56 bit encrypted securities system. Draftcom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS adheres to Privacy Act 1988 incorporating amendments up to Act No. 125 of 2002 (COM.), including the requisite to undertake such security safeguards as to reasonably protect the registered party, against loss, against unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse contained in a party’s record. Only the registered party shall have access to his/her records. Registered parties have access to their data solely and cannot access the data or personal details of any other registered party.
3. Privacy
Registering a business/ private party who wishes to record their goods on the NERDS database.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 incorporating amendments up to Act No. 125 of 2002 (com): All details registered will not be distributed, copied or sold. All details registered will be protected using high-level security measures. All registered party’s details will be available to them at all times, providing said party is not, through file misuse, in breach of any state or federal law, or in breach of any other condition as outlined in FILE TERMINTION conditions. All registered party’s details remain as accurate and up to date as he/she maintains them. All information provided is produced at the discretion of the registered party and is applicable only to the service provided. Registered parties shall have complete autonomy regarding corrections, deletions and additions of all data registered by them. Only the registered party shall have access to his/her records. Registered parties have access to their data solely and cannot access the data or personal details of any other registered party. Credit card transactions will be conducted in “real time”, therefore relevant parties will not have their credit card information recorded. Upon registration, a registered party is aware that information supplied by them and made public is directly related to the purpose for which the information was obtained. The nature of information available to the public and the main purposes for which that information is used, shall be made clear and readily available to all registered parties and non-registered parties at all times.

In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 incorporating amendments up to Act No. 125 of 2002 (com.):
Registered parties wishing to "report" a valuable do so with the knowledge that such information becomes available to the public. In the event of a change of registered status only the registered status is to become available to the browser, and not any form of personal information relating to the relevant registered party. Accuracy of all registered parties’ details remains the responsibility of the registered party. Only the registered party can make corrections, deletions, or additions to his/her database. At all times only the registered party can access, inspect and distribute his/her records. Nerds shall not use or disclose any information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was obtained. Nerds shall make public relevant information pertaining to record duration and keep registered parties informed of the period of time in which their records shall be kept. Nerds shall undertake such security safeguards as to reasonably protect the registered party, against loss, against unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse contained in a party’s record.
4.Refund Policy, Terms and conditions
Nerds take the utmost care to store your information securely. More information on file security, select "Security/Privacy" from the main menu. Nerds provides a safe, efficient, and cost-effective way to store your valuable information off-site. Nerds is a registry of data. The accuracy of the data is totally dependant on the client entering the information. For this reason, Nerds has enabled the client to edit and up-date the information as often as required, at no extra cost. However, if you are not happy with the level of service Nerds will refund the cost of your file within 48 hours of signing up for an account on the National Electronic Registry Database System. Though brief, this time-frame is necessary to further protect our clients against the deliberate manipulation of the System for un-lawful purposes.
5. Title
Information held within the National Electronics Registry Database System is not guaranteed by DraftCom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS, subsequently having no legal effect. NERDS does not claim title over the status of items. NERDS provides live reports on registered items according to the registered status of said items, and acts as a reference tool for buyers prior to purchase. Draftcom Pty Ltd T/A NERDS does not maintain client information and subsequently accepts no responsibility for information held therein. Whilst NERDS advise all consumers to avoid purchasing items flagged as stolen, NERDS accepts no responsibility for inaccurate or poorly maintained records.
